Save a picture in PNG format

1. On the File menu, click Save for Use In.
   
   
2. In the Save for Use In wizard, click In a Microsoft Office document and then click Next.
   
   
3. Click Save. The Save for Use In dialog box appears so that you can specify a name and location for this file.
